Select the Mail folder in the folder list pane on the left. This will change the right pane to match the image on the right.

Select the folder to delete and click the "Remove" button. A warning will pop up confirming the deletion of the folder and its contents, click "OK" to confirm and "Cancel" to cancel the deletion.
